“RCV” is the easy-to-figure-out system where primary election voters select choices from a wide slate of candidates. Top vote-getters move on to the general election.
Seventeen states ban RCV. Indiana could, unfortunately, join them.
”The more choices voters have, the better
Ranked voting is the manner in which our two chief political parties determine their candidates at conventions. It should be extended to all Hoosier voters.
There should be a test of the system before banning it. The more choices voters have, the better chance there is for a fairer representation not controlled by political parties.
