Former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg told the “Diary of a CEO” podcast some of the changes he would make to America’s constitutional political system, listing four fundamental reforms that he says people should not consider “radical.”

“For school board or city council, sometimes you get more than one vote and more than one person wins — we could do that for Congress. The people who get the top three votes, not just one, get to go to Congress,” he explained. “You’d have bigger districts, fewer districts and it would be harder to gerrymander.”
