In this great new report by The American Academy of Arts & Sciences, the working group describes how to strengthen American constitutional democracy.
Spoiler: they recommend moving away from winner take all system and towards #ProportionalRepresentation

A great example in #Utah about how #RCV works in elections. In some cases a candidate wins in the first round (such as in District 5), in some cases after a few rounds (District 3). Either way, the voters win with majority supported candidates and less negative campaigning.
